Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 1-7 business days. For orders within Turkey, after your product is delivered to the Yurtiçi cargo company, the delivery time varies according to the distances. You can track your order with the tracking number information provided from Order Tracking.
Return and Exchange
You have 15 days from the date you received the product to return the unused and resalable products you purchased from www.en.maatclothing.com.
In returns, processes that do not notify you of the reason for return via e-mail before sending the product back are not accepted. Returns notified via e-mail are followed by the following process. E-mail address; info@en.maatclothing.com
We do not accept exchanges.
Afterwards, you can return the products from Yurtiçi KARGO at the agreed price with the following agreement CODE as payment against the agreed price. The return fee will be deducted from the product return.

You can request a “cargo bag” from the cargo company when you deliver the product. If this cannot be provided, you can provide packaging in a different way.
You can track whether the product has reached our center by requesting a tracking number from the cargo company. When the products you have sent reach our return and inspection department, the unpacking and system entry period is 3-7 business days.
In the event of a refund request by the buyer, the refund of the amount paid is provided by the seller within 7 business days by making the necessary notification to the bank to which the credit card belongs. Since the reflection of this amount to the buyer’s account after it is returned to the bank is completely related to the bank transaction process, the buyer accepts that it will not be possible for the seller to intervene in any way for possible delays and that it may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks for the amount returned to the credit card by the seller to be reflected in the buyer’s account by the bank.
If the product you sent complies with the return conditions, you will receive an approval, if not, you will receive a rejection response.
The shipping fee you paid when purchasing the product is not refunded. Only the amount of the product will be refunded to your account.
The return of products that do not meet any of the return conditions will be rejected and shipped to you with payment.
